The major side effect for me is the skin tone. Though I wear a sunscreen everyday I get two toned I have dark patches on my face. Some days I am dark, some days I am my usual colour. You'll have to decide if the long-term damage to your body is worth it. Me, hell no. It's not worth it. Acne is only an external sign to an internal problem.
